British First Fusiliers Battlegroup Training at BATUS

Troops from the British First Fusiliers Battlegroup have been taking part in training at BATUS (British Army Training Unit Suffield) in Alberta, Canada). The exercise is part of Prairie Storm. The battlegroup will conduct live fire exercises as well as a realistic scenario facing an opposition force played by The Queen’s Royal Hussars. The second day of the Tactical Environment Simulation (pictured) involved the Battlegroup conducting an attack on opposition forces within the village of Tarmek on the training area.
